Wordless Wednesday

Since this is going to be my first contribution to ‘wordless Wednesday‘, please forgive me that it is not – entirely – wordless. I am sure there are readers of this blog, who have never heard of it, thus a little introduction. Here is the official description:

β€œOn Wednesdays all over the internet, bloggers post a photograph with no words to explain it on their blog. Hence the β€˜wordless’ title. The idea is that the photo itself says so much that it doesn’t need any description.”

Since I am almost always posting photos in every post, I thought from now on, every wordless Wednesday I will show you my Instagram photos of the past week. Those of you that follow me on facebook may have already seen them, but most of you have not. I usually take these photos when I am out and about e.g. jogging and I only have my phone (camera) with me. Instagram is a free photo sharing application for your iPhone or android smartphone, but you can also access it from your pc with apps like gramfeed. It allows you to apply funky filters to square photos and upload a.k.a. share them to your social networks. Friends you are connected to may then comment and like them. There is a whole, huge Instagram community out there and it is just plain, simple fun to share photos so easily and quickly. I hope you will enjoy these. And now – silence….

    • Thanks, Heather! I haven’t been on instagram for too long, but am really enjoying it. That is actually willow catkin, meaning it is one of my ‘older’ instagrams πŸ˜‰

    • Take the plunge! As you can see I am rather transitioning than plunging, but its o.k. next week will be totally wordless. On Wednesday πŸ™‚

    • Haha – yes, I know, Corinne. But I felt I needed to explain it a little, because I am 100 % certain there are people in my world that haven’t heard about it yet. I’m glad I could be of help.
