Portrait Photography on Fine Art Friday & Feeling Beachie Blog Hop ~ week 118

Once  again I am resorting to portrait photography for my fine art Friday post. I have mentioned that a couple of weeks ago I attended a few workshops with reference to different lightings in portraits. And I loved (!) it. I enjoyed it so much, I immediately wanted to go and shoot my husband, ahem, of course, with my camera. But seriously, it was a lot of fun and I will be doing and you will be seeing more of it. This here is a purposely overexposed shot, called high key, of our beautiful model Christina. There are so many more photos I really need to process, but time… how time flies…

If you want to join the fun and come up with four fill in’s of your own, please email them to me at Hilary(at)feelingbeachie(dot)com. If I use them, I will add you as co-host to the hop! This week’s co-host is Tami from Empty Nest in IL – she came up with the last two statements!

I REALLY NEED CO-HOSTS – PLEASE EMAIL ME SOME STATEMENTS!

I would LOVE it if you could please help me spread the word about this hop…. So, please tweet, FaceBook share, and add the linky to your post…

PhotobucketThis week’s statements:
1. If you give me a camera I will shoot you. 🙂
2. Sometimes I am very shy.
3. Tight rooms e.g. elevators make me nervous.
4. I would love to see lots of things because I am curious. Need examples? The Northern Lights, Iceland, Africa, Alaska, Paris, various places in the US and the list goes on and on and on.

  2. With me it’s more crowded than tight spaces that make me nervous and stressed. Love that portrait – it’s different and the model reminds me of one of my best friends in Germany!

  3. Padraic and SoniaDeasy teach photography courses to portrait photographers all over the world. Their techniques of taking the courses is very good and also they teach how to take portrait photography as a business.
