“On Wednesdays all over the internet, bloggers post a photograph with no words to explain it on their blog. Hence the ‘wordless’ title. The idea is that the photo itself says so much that it does not need any description.”

    • I am not very good in botany, but I do believe it to be some kind of hibiscus. However, it was huge, much bigger than the ones I remember, about 20 cm in diameter…

  1. Somewhere amongst my photo archives I have a photo of my in-laws grape vineyard. It’s a small one, but I always love seeing the beautiful grapes ripening on the vine. We haven’t been able to catch them in season in awhile for me to snap some photos. This year will be another fruitless attempt hoping I can do it with the summer all but gone. Thanks for hosting. I love the water droplets on the flower and the blackberries the best, but the landscape shots are very nice, too. Your pictures are always stunning!

    • Too bad, I keep my fingers crossed that you will get the ‘grape shots’ soon! Actually, on my recent trip to Germany I got some that I will post later.

    • Oh yes, Beth! Lulu (a Boston Terrier) is a wonderful little lady full of energy. Check out my ‘family reunion Birch Bay’ posts, there are a few pictures of her that are quite funny.
