Your photo session can be held at your home or any location within 30 minutes driving distance from Hanover, NJ (excl. NYC ). For further away locations (or NYC), please contact me for travel fees.
Included in your session are
- pre-session consultation
- time & talent of the photographer
- min 5 – 15 (depending on type of session) processed photos
- natural and / or enhanced editing e.g. texture
- an online gallery of your proofs*
- one 8×10″ print

Full payment of the session fee should be made upon booking to reserve your session’s date & can be paid by via Paypal (Credit Card). Session Fees are non-refundable. I will also have a model release form to be signed which gives me permission to show some of your or your pet’s portraits in my online gallery on my Facebook and Google+ business page, here on my website and on my blog. Each of the portraits will contain my watermark.
I offer prints, gallery wrapped canvases, lay-flat albums, prints on acrylic stand-outs, on brushed aluminum boxes and more. A local framing company that I work with would be happy to have your prints professionally matted and framed with archival/museum-quality materials. Edited images are available on CD in low resolution with my watermark for an additional fee.

Your edited photos will be uploaded into a password-protected online gallery within two weeks after our session and they will remain in that gallery for 10 days. For an average one-hour session, expect a minimum of 5 – 15, but usually anywhere from 20-30 images. After going through the image gallery, please compile a list of the photographs you would like to purchase.
Your session will never be rushed. Each session progresses at its own pace depending on you, your pet, the weather, specific poses you may request, use of props, walking around the location and taking breaks if needed.
Please know that I take the utmost care when I edit your portraits. For a one-hour session, I spend anywhere from 12 to 20 hours editing your images with great attention to detail. I also create some fine art versions of your portraits that will include textures, special lighting and brush strokes. Black and white versions will be created of some as well.
I use a D800 and the same professional lenses used by many wedding photographers. I do prefer natural light, but I also have lighting equipment I am happy to use if necessary.

Terms & Policies
- All photos are copyright protected and are for your personal use only
- Wide-variety of printing types of papers, canvases and other products available (see print prices below)
- Prints are not included in session fee, except for 1 x 8×10″, client can review and select the images they wish to purchase. Images are online in a private proof gallery for 10 days only
- DVD or USB Stick of watermarked proofs given with purchase of prints in a low-resolution (4×6″ or 4×5″ @ 72 ppi) format for website use only
- Hi-res images are given on disk/download with copyrights for personal use and right to print on print orders of $500 ($300 mini/pet session) and up. Please note, the disk contains only the images purchased for print and sized to the ordered print size
- Hi-res disk without print purchase $850 ($500 mini/pet session)
- All images copyrighted by Claudia Willison / ImagesByCW. It is illegal to scan, copy or reproduce them without consent
- All ordered images are kept on file for one year
- Prices are subject to change at any time, however, prices will be guaranteed for thirty days following each session date
- Shipping fees of $10.00 will apply to all print orders. No cost to pick up from Whippany, NJ
- Shipping for canvas or large prints (16×20 and up) will be charged extra
- Claudia Willison/ImagesByCW is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged disks of your ordered prints. I recommend clients burn a backup copy of the disk provided. Replacement disks are not guaranteed, however if I can replace your disk-there is a $100 replacement fee
- International orders are charged shipping extra
- 7% NJ sales tax is applied to all orders within New Jersey
- Due to the custom nature of portrait orders, all sales are final
