It is the abstract surrealism Fine Art Friday for me. I love abstracts. Obviously not all of them, but there are quite a few. When I see them in nature I am particularly intrigued and hope to catch them in a photo. This one here is created by a special tilt-shift lens. But this is not abstract, I hear you say, it is clearly a cloud. Well, it is a a little surreal though with the blurred foreground, isn’t it? And if you zoom in – look at photo no. 2 – you will see what I mean with abstract. Right?!

And here is from Hilary’s blog:
Each week, I plan on listing four statements with a blank for you to fill in on your own blogs. If you want to join the fun and come up with four fill in’s of your own, please email them to me at Hilary(at)feelingbeachie(dot)com. If I use them, I will add you as co-host to the hop! This week’s co-host is Rachael from Print & Stitch – she came up with the last two statements!
I would LOVE it if you could please help me spread the word about this hop…. So, please tweet, FaceBook share, and add the linky to your post…
This week’s statements:
1. How is it I never seem to get around doing certain things e.g. finish the layout of my website?
2. When I cook I loooove to listen to music.
3. I am not sure what I like best learning or teaching because both are fun and have their own time in my life.
4. I am happiest when I’m at the ocean, on vacation with hubby (that was a real! tough one – LOL).

Great answers – I never get round to those little jobs either! They are usually left in some notebook on a to do list. I’m sure if they were that important though I would have done them by now : ) have a great weekend x
Sometimes I’m feeling pretty much pulled down by the sheer amount of those little things, do you Rachel? But you are right, if they were important enough they’d be getting done.
Oh, if I only liked to cook, hey maybe music while cooking would make it better?
Music most definitely helps! Especially when I don’t really feel like cooking – you’ve got to try it 😉
I love being by the ocean too. It’s so relaxing and soothing to me… I really enjoy listening to music when I cook and clean. It makes it more fun. Schoenes Wochenende!!! 🙂
Listening to soothing waves while relaxing and listening to music when cooking – great plan, huh?! Danke!!
Hey there, I love your photos 🙂 they are really lovely.
Thank you very much, Sarah. I’m glad you enjoy them.
I share your #4
I knew it, Hilary, after all you’re a beach girl, too 😉
I always have music playing when I cook too. It often leads to some kitchen dancing by my kids, which can be annoying and hilarious. And I would definitely be happy on a beach with the hubby!
I hope that ‘hilarious’ wins over ‘annoying’ for your sake, Les 😉
I love your answer to #4 – it sounds so peaceful and relaxing.
It sure can be, Yvonne. Although a lot of times we are on, in or under the ocean water, which not always is relaxing. But enjoyable none the less.
I LOVE your abstracts, they look like paintings. Thanks for sharing and joining our party Claudia.
Have a great day!
