Cloud photos
clouds, seemingly just hanging up there
on the bluest sky they shine
a sunrise or sunset they enhance
I simply love and adore – clouds

And now for the Friday Four Fill ins ~ here is from Hilary’s blog:
Okay, you know the deal – Each week, I list four statements with a blank for you to fill in on your own blogs. If you want to join the fun and come up with four fill in’s of your own, please email them to me . If I use them, I will add you as co-host to the hop! This week’s co-host is Obi from Eloquent Obi. She came up with the last two statements! I REALLY NEED STATEMENTS! This week’s statements:
1) Did you know that we are having a family reunion this year in WA?
2) I feel like sh… (migraine time / weather change to rain)
3) I get itchy at the sight of lots of little bugs e.g. maggots
4) Red is my favorite color. Or is it turquoise? Or purple? Or… anything goes great with black, right?!

Wow!! Such a wonderful collection of shots! And you are so right – clouds enhance our scenery in a magical way!
Thank you, Adrienne. Clouds are… simply gorgeous. I have uuhed and aahed at them so often, now even my husband points them out 🙂
I agree, there is something wonderful about clouds, your collection of photos is fabulous.
There sure is, Miriam. You really should see my cloud collection – this is but a tiny piece, put together rather rushed.
Stunning photos here. Those last two are amazing. – I enjoyed your 6 word phrases too. You said it all so well.
Thank you so much, Ida. Hah – those two places are among the favorites of mine: Bonaire and OBX 🙂
clouds are definitely one of my favourite things to shoot too. especially with the dark silhouette of a tree, or the sun peeking through. (and ocean waves I am sure — if I had that.) I love the oranges, pinks and purple tones that you captured.
And ssshhh….. I so get you on that migraine/weather thing. my head has been back and forth all week with the rain and sunshine.
In face, it’s 1 pm and I just woke up after taking some medication. Needed my beauty rest for date night! 🙂
So..not doing the hop today — gotta get beautiful! (that takes some time – LOL)
I can see your love for clouds in your photos, Les. A tree + sun that makes me looking for sun rays, reflections (most of the time) 😉 Those colors in the first three pics are a lot by choice. Meaning I edited those a bit – I felt like more color in them.
Migraines – hate them. I have to say I get them less, but still when I do, nothing works. Incl. work. In fact, work a.k.a. computers aggravate it (light and concentration). Today, I think I am cured – finally.
I hope you got rid of yours in time for your date night and had great time!
The delicate blossoms appear threatened by the darkening clouds. The photo below that blew me away. LOVE!
Hmmm, if I now just knew which photo exactly blew you away… the cloud with the sun rays? Interesting – I have got a few shots like this. When ever I see those rays, I’m like ‘give me a camera’! LOL
It goes without saying that the last one is my favorite. But of course, she says. LOL
Hahaha – you just know me, Debbi. Maybe next time I should title it ‘this one is for Debbi’ 😀
Wow! Very dramatic cloud photos! I love clouds. Thanks for sharing that!
I can really empathize with the migraines and weather changes. I get those, and just had one yesterday. I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks, Annie. Really, you had one, too? It started on Wednesday for me and lasted until yesterday, alas, now it is finally gone – phew.
These are fantastic. I love me a good cloud photo that’s for sure. The more dramatic the better. 🙂
Thank you, Susi. Yep, you and me, two, and Leslie, three – clouds are gorgeous 🙂 Especially when dramatic
Good evening, Claudia,
I so enjoy reading your six words each Friday. Dramatic, clear pix. Parking lot one is my fave.
That is so nice of you to say, Maureen, thank you very much! That parking lot was captured with my iPhone on a Sunday (= empty) during a bike ride around town 🙂
