#3 / 2015 – Instagram Wordless Wednesday | *(i)PhoneOnly* photos | WW Hop!
To see these first hand connect with me on Instagram here
And my first part of iPhone photo tips is now live – here!
“On Wednesdays all over the internet, bloggers post a photograph with no words to explain it on their blog. Hence the ‘wordless wednesday’ title. The idea is that the photo itself says so much that it does not need any description.”
The list of WW blog hops got a little out of hand, so I have moved it to its very own page here. Most likely you will find me linking up on any or all of these sites you will find on it.
Want to link up with me? Grab my button on the sidebar and display it in your post or somewhere on your site.
Why don’t you join me along my journey and follow me on , and if you prefer and see what I come up with next. You can, of course, also subscribe by email – (click) here or you may follow my blog with Bloglovin or my preferred reader Feedly.
Drop me a comment and you’ll make me smile!
A noble weed is the dandelion. It gives us wine, makes a great salad addition, and we can wish upon the feathery pods and them blow them out into the universe.
Good detail in that shot!
Wine? There is dandelion wine? I need to check on that!
Awesome – I can’t get shots that good with my camera, never mind my phone! Happy WW!
Awww, I am sure you can as good a photo.
But thank you anyways 🙂
Love me some dandelions. And haven’t made a wish with one in ages! 🙂
Me, too, Susi. And I didn’t even know about the wish-thing since about a year or so ago – LOL
Beautiful! Love your images!
Thanks a lot, Lindsay!
Cannot wait to read your next inspiring, uplifting post (but you got to bear with me :))
Very nice picture, I like how I can appreciate the details on the flower.
Have a wonderful rest of the week!
Thank you, Jay. It actually is the tiny details in a dandelion that I find so fascinating. In a few months again 🙂
That’s a good looking weed.
Exactly, it sure is!
That’s a really lovely black and white picture 🙂
Makes it quite moody, right? I think it fits.
Lovely shot. I like it.
Thanks, Patrick, I’m glad you do.
Beautiful! Simple, yet so complicated!
That’s what they are these dandelions. Can’t wait until they’re back again.
Wonderful details in this photo! It’s amazing you captured this shot with your iPhone! Was it with your new one? Happy #WW!
Thanks, Cathy. No, actually this one is older was shot with the 5.
My daughters would definitely argue the weed point – LOL.
But I personally love it in this “make a wish” form. then I find them so pretty and delicate, especially with water droplets on the fuzzy. They have such an interesting structure and form – makes for great shots.
I am absolutely with you. Both with you and your daughters. But it is categorized as a weed, but who says a weed cannot be beautiful?
Amazing detail. I havent seen it this close. Its just a stunning little thing =)
They sure are. I am sure hubby hates them, because during our bike rides I stop so often to take ‘just one more pic’ of a dandelion – hahaha
Here you go Claudia! Have some wine! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/dandelion-wine/
Hah! Who would have thought… very interesting. Have you tried to make it yourself yet?
I have never made it but had a couple of sips many years ago. I do not remember anything about it other than it was dandelion wine. It just tasted like a wine to me. I am not a wine person though so no help there.
I don’t think I would ever go through the trouble of making wine myself. There are already too many excellent ones out there to choose from 🙂
My phone camera frustrates me so! I see these gorgeous pics people are taking and I cant get anywhere close to that for some reason! Oh well. I am happily following now on instagram and will thoroughly enjoy your photos!
Hey Cherie, thanks for dropping by. I can definitely see how it can be frustrating, but with today’s phones and their cameras you really should be fine. Not sure if you saw, but I posted a part 1 of some basic iPhone tips here. And next week I will have a follow up. Check it out if you like. http://www.imagesbycw.com/iphone-photo-tips/
Sorry I’ve been absent from commenting lately. It’s been a bit of a rough month. Anyway I think this is just lovely.
