San Fernando Cathedral @ Fine Art Friday & Feeling Beachie Blog Hop ~ week 128

Today I will show you two photos of the very same subject. San Fernando Cathedral in downtown San Antonio, TX. They were taken the same day, actually within the same hour, both are HDR processing, but… I am pretty sure that your opinions will differ a lot on these. I am curious – tell me which one you prefer and why. I believe it will also give me a glimpse into you.

  1. Good things do happen – you are so right. I always try to believe in good and positive things. As for the photos – I like them both for different reasons. I love the first shot. It looks so gloomy , mysterious and threatening and the first thing that came to mind was Mortal Instruments – somehow that’s how I imagine one of the cathedrals in the book looks like. (I have not seen the movie yet.) But the bottom shot looks more serene and happy with the bright sunshine – not as forbidding!
