This week I have been busy updating the inventory of my Etsy shop – including one of my sunrise photos from the Outer Banks. And I have finally put my first pictures up for sale on Fine Art America.

And here is from Hilary’s blog:
Each week, I plan on listing four statements with a blank for you to fill in on your own blogs. If you want to join the fun and come up with four fill in’s of your own, please email them to me . If I use them, I will add you as co-host to the hop! This week’s co-host is Tami from Empty Nest in IL– she came up with the last two statements!
I would LOVE it if you could please help me spread the word about this hop…. So, please tweet, FaceBook share, and add the linky to your post…
This week’s statements:
1) I always forget about texts
2) A love to fall asleep when I hear waves crashing on the beach.
3) My dream pet would be a Husky or Malamute named Montana.
4) I love a fine dinner more than chocolate. (Or ice cream!!)

Oh, Claudia – beautiful pix! You really capture the ocean well. Listening to waves crash against the shore would be a lovely lullaby. I remember our \’89 (10th anniversary) vacation. We spent it in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Our room was literally over the water and we could hear the water break against the motel\’s pillars beneath us – very soothing! Fine dining would be a nice pick over chocolate, and then my answer to follow afterwards. 🙂 PS: Thanks for fixing my WW linky! I thought I had repaired it, but I guess not. My brain is mushy these days.
That must have been a great vacay – a room like that is a dream! Just checked out and commented on your answer – good one 🙂
Love the pictures! I love fine dining although nothing is really better than chocolate.
Thanks, Judy. I really do love chocolate, too. But depending on time and mood I may think something else better.
That photo is so beautiful : ) I agree with your number 4, a fine dinner is far better then chocolate – Have a great weekend x
Thank you very much, Rachel. Love a fine dinner every now and then and usually it is followed by something sweet. Hope you enjoy your weekend, too.
Love the ocean photos. I also like how you have the sofa shot. That’s a great way to really display your prints!
Thanks, Debbi. It is most definitely not everybody’s style, but it does show the sizes nicely
Oh I would love to hear waves crashing at night while trying to sleep. Being in AZ that would be a tad bit difficult. LOL. Have a great weekend!
Well, I guess it would. Then again I am in NJ, but not living at the ocean 🙁 One day…
I know how you feel about the dog, I always wanted a husky when I was younger, they are such beautiful creatures. But they are so big and I have always lived in tiny houses so I am yet to own one. I do however have a gorgeous Moodle named Bella who is just as white and fluffy, only a lot smaller 🙂
Malamutes are huge, huskies not so much, but you are absolutely right about them not being good in a small house and more importantly with no time to work them. Which is the reason I don’t have a dog at all 🙁 Good for you that you can keep Bella – she sounds great 🙂
I love #2 also – I am lucky to live where I do…
Yes, you are, LI sounds wonderful. While I do love where I am right now, right at the ocean would be…
I love Huskies and would love to own one but I always feel it would be kind of cruel to have one in Florida. When I picture a Husky, I see snow, lots and lots of snow. Also, the sound of waves crashing is a close second to the sound of rain for falling asleep. Love that photograph. It looks so serene.
Thanks, Susi. Yeah, I know. For me here in NJ it is not the lack of snow (which I don’t really mind!), but more the ‘not time to work with the dog’ why I don’t have one…
