Welcome to my ~ Instagram photos ~ WW Hop!
To see these first hand connect with me on Instagram here
For once, I will not be totally wordless…. *insert drum roll* …. David and I have and will continue to be working together on a (long) short story. Successfully, because the third part of The Miltonville Mine Mystery is now published on his website. Go, check it out!
“On Wednesdays all over the internet, bloggers post a photograph with no words to explain it on their blog. Hence the ‘wordless wednesday’ title. The idea is that the photo itself says so much that it does not need any description.”

time for a wish!
There is always time for a wish, however, this is not a dandelion. It is a little, spiky caterpillar 🙂
Well I have to admit I came back in. Sure fooled me. Even after telling me it was a caterpillar I still wanted to call it a dandelion. LOL! That is the beauty of it all though. The eye of the beholder!
Don’t feel bad, Debbi. If you read through the comments I’d say the majority thought it is a dandelion. But you know I love when there is a bit controversy about my photos 🙂
Claudia, I love your eye for seeing things differently than I do! Have a great day!
That is one of the best compliments, Mary, thank you! 🙂
p.s. because you have got a great eye and if you like my different view – that must be good.
Make a wish!
Thanks for sharing at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2014/09/bzzz-linky.html
Of course, you may make a wish, but… this is a little caterpillar 🙂
That’s a cool photo.
Thanks, Joyce. Sometimes little critters gross me out, but when I have my camera handy – I’m curious
Ha – we had similar photo ideas this week! Love yours… I gotta practice more to get that kind of detail.
Well, yes, we both published photos from our garden. Yours, of course, being much bigger. But this is not one of your beautiful dandelion, but a caterpillar. And, btw, I have seen you catch some beautiful details on card (not film – LOL)
oh my …. I didn’t not clue in that was a caterpillar!!! I thought is was one of those fluffy flowers. LOL
awwww. did you take him home? 🙂
Hahaha – it’s o.k., there are quite a few of my readers who did not see it 🙂
Lovely fluffy dandelion.
Thanks, only… it is not a dandelion, it’s a caterpillar 😉
Congrats on the third story!! That is awesome news!! I have never actually completed a story I’ve started. I admire your hard work 🙂
Thank you, Annie, but the story is David’s, I’m just delivering the photos 😉
So pretty! She just stand out in her environment =) #ww
Thank you, Merlinda, it did, because it did not belong there .
The amber light on the dandelion is so pretty. Are there water droplets on the bloom? The hotspots from the sun make me think this is the case, but I don’t see any dew drops or raindrops on the greenery. Quite cool effect. #WW
Actually, Cathy, it is not a dandelion, but a caterpillar that decided to curl up in our little herb garden. Yes, they are water droplets, not sure if from rain or dew, but most likely rain 🙂
Very nice photo.
Thank you very much.
Heading over next! I was going to actually go wordless today.. and well.. couldn’t do it! Not even close. (635 word – oops!)
And? Did you hop over? Hahaha – your word(less)y Wednesdays are still fun and you are very welcome to link them up 😉
Thank you for hosting this link up 🙂
As always, you are welcome, Kathy
Such a fuzzy little fellow, at first glance I thought (dandelion bloom) but then I looked again and was pleasantly surprised.
Yay! Correct, its a little caterpillar that decided to stay in our garden 🙂
I love the little caterpillar! I wonder what kind it is.
True me, too. Is it going to be a beautiful butterfly or a moth or…
Very nice photo!!
Congratulations for completing the story, great accomplishment…
Thank you very much, Jay. But, actually, the story is not finished yet. David told me there’s going to be one or more likely two more parts to it 🙂
What a lovely shot.
🙂
Traci
Thank you, Traci!
