#6 / 2016 – Wordless or Wordy Wednesday
~ Snowy Quote ~
*** Here is where I link up today. ***
Please help me spread the word about my Saturday Art Linkup and grab my badge below:
I hope that over time we will be building a community dedicated to art and creating. I rather like these words said by Andy Warhol:
“Don’t think about making art, just get it done.
Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad, whether they love it or hate it.
While they are deciding, make even more art.”
I love the shot and the quote! I hope you have a wonderful day Claudia!
Thank you, Mary. I searched hard for a quote and photo to match, incl. my current mood 🙂
Love this! Thanks for linking up for Worth Casing Wednesday.
Thank you very much.
The photo is quite surreal – but I can’t work out what it is.
It is some kind of spikey fruit dangling off a tree brach covered by freshly fallen snow. Don’t ask me what kind of tree fruit though 😉
I agree good shot and quote and very true 🙂
Have a quotetastic week 🙂
Oh yes, how I wish it was spring…
Beautiful shot and great quote.
Thank you so much, Rhonda.
This made me smile from ear to ear! That is just the coolest photo ever!
Me, too 🙂 When I saw these. I was already on my way back to the car after shooting the photos from the previous post. I had already put my phone away and then saw these…
Ha – great shot!! That’s exactly what my garden looked like this winter. Until last night when it started snowing and now it is all buried under a white blanket. The quote is perfect with the image.
Except for the big heaps of snow all of it is gone. But it is soooo cold. I know, nothing compared to what you guys have up there, but -18° and a day high temp of -8°C – no thank you!
We are close to minus 30 yesterday and today, which translates almost the same. Once you past minus 10 anywhere – it’s just freakin cold!!!
Agreed! Well, actually can I go up a few degrees and call it ‘too freakin cold’, please?!
You did it again. This is beautiful in image and word. I will accept this on Wordless Wednesday because of that. Hugs.
Haha – thank you, Annie. I have actually changed my Wednesday post title to ‘wordless or wordy’, because I don’t want to restrict myself. Sneaky, no?
I must still have Mardi Gras on the brain. I got a good chuckle out of this photo because it reminds me of the feathered headgear some of the participants wear during the parades!!! Really cool shot!
Bwahaha – I can absolutely see that. These here looked so cute.
Claudia, ahhh, how lovely! Excellent quote to match your photo. It makes me glad that I live in a people house and not have to worry with winter on my head like these little flowers. It’s been a blustery week. Monday night left a dusting of snow for us Tuesday morning. The temps are horribly chilly, but the good news is our forecast shows improved conditions next week. *fingers crossed* Thanks for visiting and linking up today!
I am totally with you on feeling so very happy to live in a warm house with warm food. The one thing that would make me even happier were if I didn’t even live in a cold climate like this. I guess you got the cold streak now as well, right, we got 0°F right now *dislike*
Marvelous photo!
Thank you for sharing at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2016/02/potted.html
Thank you very much, Sue.
Great quote! Match your picture very well. Have a great weekend!
Thank you, Ruth. I honestly was browsing and browsing through a lot of quotes to match my photo and current mood. I hope you’re enjoying your weekend, too, I am happy to be and stay inside where it is warm.
Wonderful quote and photo for winter!

That’s exactly it ‘… for winter’, I would have preferred a little warmer one. Thank you, Brooke.
Lovely quote and a nice picture. Dropping in from #mysundayphoto
Thank you very much, Afra, also for stopping by.
Love that shot and the quote. Looking at your snowy pics and seeing how low the temps are in some areas of the country I’m super glad to be where I am. Now that the rain has mostly stopped (even though it looks like today will be a rainy day) the weather has been beyond glorious for the past week or so. Cool temps and cloudless blue skies. I just don’t think I could handle winter very well anymore… 20 years in sunny South Florida is a long time for your blood to get thinnner. 😉
It really is cold and has been very cold. Tonight we may get freezing rain and then tomorrow rain – the weather is simply crazy. Ever winter I envy you for your warm weather. One day…
Aww thats so lovely! #mysundayphoto
Thank you so much, Merlina. They did look very cute.
